Weaver Sizemore

August 12, 1939 - January 29, 2010

Weaver Sizemore, Sr., 70, of Bud passed away Friday, January 29, 2010 at his residence. Born August 12, 1939 at Pinnacle, he was the son of the late Joshus and Lessie Sizemore. Weaver was a former sawmill employee and coal miner and enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family. He was a member of the Bud Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, Weaver is preceded in death by his brother, James Sizemore; and sisters, Grace Thomas and Betty Sizemore. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Rosalee Light Sizemore; two sons, Weaver Sizemore, Jr. and his wife, Kimberly, of Princeton and Ronnie Sizemore and his wife, Sharon, of Bud; a brother, Paul Sizemore and his wife, Maxine, of Bud; five grandchildren, John Johns, Dustin Johns, Robert Thomas, Ronnie Sizemore, and Susan Sizemore; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Services will be 1:00PM Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at Tankersley Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tom Lusk officiating. Burial will follow at the Lusk Cemetery, Herndon Heights. Friends may call one hour prior to services Wednesday at the funeral home. Family members will serve as pallbearers.
