Deanna Lynn Cecil

Deanna Lynn Cecil, 68, formerly of Wyco, WV, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, May 19th, 2018, at Prince William Medical Center in Manassas, VA with her son holding her hand. Deanna was born on August 31, 1949 in Grandview, WV. She was the youngest of eight children of the late Robert Lee and Zola Jane (Simms) Ingram Milam. Deanna was a 1967 graduate of Mullens High School, a registered professional hair dresser, poet, song writer, singer, homemaker, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church in Manassas, VA. She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Dallas James Cecil; parents Robert Lee Ingram and Zola Jane (Simms) Ingram Milam; brothers Roy Lee Ingram, and James (Jimmy) William Ingram; and sisters Zada Milam and Anna Stewart Dean. Those left to cherish her memory and who will miss her very much, include her son, Dallas Kevin Cecil and his wife, Christine, and two grandsons, Dallas Jacob and Joseph, of Centreville, VA; two sisters, Betty Copen and her husband, Fred, of Rainelle; Mary Jane Carr and her husband, Ray Gene, of Rainelle; and one brother, Robert (Bob) Ingram, of Rainelle. Services will be 12 Noon, Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at Tankersley Funeral Home Chapel in Mullens, WV with Pastor Thomas Zarling. Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Beckley, WV.
