Battistella Lively Miss Battistella Glenda Leigh Lively, infant daughter of Neil Keith and Victoria Faith Hope (Mitchem) Lively of McGraws passed away on March 15, 2015 at Raleigh General Hospital. Battistella was born prematurely on December 26, 2014 at CAMC Women's and Children's. Battistella was two months and seventeen day. She loved comfort as well as space and loved cuddling with Mommy and Daddy. She would calm to the sound of her mother's singing and was developing at a faster rate than the average premature baby. She didn't like to be cleaned or to have her temperature taken. She loved going out for car rides with Mommy and Daddy. She had a very positive personality that lit up the room when she was brought in. Those left to cherish her memory in addition to her parents are; grandparents, Rev. Robert Andrew and Wanda Eldon (Shumate) Thompson of McGraws, WV, and Zachary Earl and the late Glenda Joyce (Turner) Lively of Monticello, GA/Mullens, WV; great grandparents, Paul James and Agnes Kay (Halsey) Lively, Buddy Darrell and Wanda Gail (Adkins) Shumate of McGraws, WV, the late Hershel Lee and Martha Sue (Pretty) Mitchem of Rockview, WV, Rev. Early Cecil and the late Brenda Joyce (Penn) Thompson of Pinnacle, NC, and Floyd Donald and the late Hassie Bernice (White) Vaught of Pinnacle, NC; Aunts / Uncles, Malachi Andrew Darrell Thompson of McGraws, WV, Tyler Peter Hunter of King, NC, Jimmy Lee and Catherine Wendy Leana (Mitchem) Cook of Beaver, WV, Hector Antonio and Cynthia Rose (Beaver) Pujaico of Norcross, GA, and Martin and Frances Michelle (Turner) Rodriquez of Hapeville, GA, and a host of cousins and other loved ones. Services will be 3:00 P.M. Friday, March 20, 2015 at the Pineville Church of Nazarene, Pineville with Bishop Floyd Vaught officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery in McGraws.
